1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fresher Bot application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting Fresher Bot to your Discord server or using our web dashboard, you explicitly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot from your server and cease using the Service.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's policies while using Fresher Bot will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

We want to ensure a stable and secure environment for all communities using Fresher Bot. You agree that you will not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the bot or website infrastructure.
Use the bot to facilitate illegal activities, harassment, or the distribution of malicious content.
Intentionally spam commands, abuse the API, or attempt to bypass rate limits and restrictions.
Use the Service in a manner that degrades the performance or experience for other users.

Violation of this policy will result in an immediate, unappealable global ban of your Discord account and server from the Fresher Bot ecosystem.

3. Service Availability

We strive for high reliability and maximum uptime. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or to address security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from unexpected downtime or service interruptions.

4. Subscriptions & Premium Plans

Certain advanced features of Fresher Bot require a paid premium subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount and billing cycle.
You agree that subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You acknowledge that pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price adjustments affect your active subscription.

5. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the digital nature of our premium services and the immediate provisioning of digital goods (such as Premium Keys and Fresh Coins), all sales are strictly final.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

Accidental purchases or failing to cancel an auto-renewal in time.
Changing your mind after a purchase.
Being banned from Fresher Bot or Discord for violating Terms of Service.
Your Discord server being deleted or ownership being transferred.

Please ensure you fully evaluate the free tier and understand our offerings before committing to a premium subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresher Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
