1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Fresher Bot to a Discord server, accessing the Fresher Bot web dashboard at fresherbot.xyz, or purchasing any product from the Fresher Bot Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately and remove the bot from any server you control.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Fresher Bot development team ("Fresher Bot," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fresher Bot. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to make any purchases through the Store.

2. Accounts

Access to the Fresher Bot dashboard and Store requires authentication via Discord OAuth 2.0. We do not store your Discord password. Your Fresher Bot account is tied to your Discord user ID and is created automatically on first sign-in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Any actions taken through your linked Fresher Bot account — including purchases, reward claims, and server configurations — are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Discord support immediately and then reach out to us via the support server.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Fresher Bot account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the reward system, or any other behaviour that harms the platform or other users.

3. Bot Usage

Fresher Bot is a Discord application that provides ticket management, an in-server economy, ban appeals, analytics, and related features. Access to these features requires the bot to be added to a Discord server by a user with the "Manage Server" permission on that server.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately for their community and for ensuring that the bot's use on their server complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Fresher Bot may not be used to automate spam, circumvent Discord rate limits, collect data for external databases, or harass users.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of Fresher Bot at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but are not obligated to do so for minor updates or bug fixes.

4. Payments

Paid products are available through the Fresher Bot Store. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (for INR transactions) and PayPal (for international monthly subscriptions). We do not store your card details — all payment information is processed and stored securely by these third-party processors.

Monthly plan subscriptions (Pro and Deluxe) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to plan benefits until then.

Two-week plan purchases and FreshCoin packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once delivered. If you believe there is an error with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours via the support server with your transaction ID.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Price changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance for existing subscribers.

5. Virtual Currency

FreshCoins ("coins") are a virtual in-platform currency that may be earned through rewards, purchases, or server activities, and spent on Premium Keys and other Store items. FreshCoins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Premium Keys are virtual items that activate server premium for a specified duration. They are tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties outside the normal in-bot redemption flow.

We reserve the right to adjust coin earn rates, coin costs, and key durations at any time. Accumulated coins or keys are not guaranteed to retain their purchasing power indefinitely. Coins or keys associated with a suspended account are forfeited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Fresher Bot for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages in the economy.
Use automated scripts or bots to claim rewards or make purchases.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Fresher Bot features or virtual items.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the bot or dashboard.
Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform or our support team.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and, in serious cases, legal action.

7. Termination

You may stop using Fresher Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord servers and closing your account. To close your account and request deletion of your data, contact us through the support server.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fresher Bot at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and any unused FreshCoins or Premium Keys are forfeited without refund.

Sections 4 (Payments — for obligations arising before termination), 5 (Virtual Currency), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Contact) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

Fresher Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Fresher Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. All Discord-related marks are used for identification purposes only.

Service availability targets are provided as goals only. Downtime, data loss, or service degradation does not automatically entitle users to refunds or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fresher Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fresher Bot in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not made any payments, our liability is limited to INR 100.
