Terms of Service
1. Introduction and Acceptance
By inviting, authorizing, or interacting with Fresher Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our") in any Discord server, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server and cease all interaction with it.
2. Data Collection and Usage
To provide its core functionalities, Fresher Bot must collect and store certain data, including but not limited to Server IDs, Channel IDs, User IDs, and configuration settings. We strictly adhere to the Discord Developer Terms of Service and only collect information absolutely necessary for the Bot's operation. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You may not exploit, reverse-engineer, or intentionally overload the Bot's infrastructure. Any abuse of our systems (such as spamming commands or attempting to bypass rate limits) will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our services.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
