Fresher Bot prioritizes your privacy. We strictly collect the minimum amount of data required to function. This includes Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, Channel IDs, and explicitly configured server settings. We do not read or store message contents unless a specific command requires temporary processing (and it is immediately discarded).
2. How We Use Your Information
The collected data is used exclusively to provide bot features, such as moderation logs, level tracking, dashboard authentication, and Razorpay payment verification. Your Discord ID is used to authenticate you on our web dashboard and verify your permissions.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is securely stored in a protected PostgreSQL database. We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices to ensure your data cannot be accessed by unauthorized entities. Dashboard sessions are encrypted via NextAuth and utilize secure, HttpOnly cookies to prevent hijacking.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only exception is necessary integrations you explicitly enable, such as Razorpay for processing server subscriptions. In such cases, only the required transaction identifiers are shared to securely verify payments.
5. User Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. If you wish to remove your server's data from our database, simply kick the bot from your server. For complete personal data deletion requests, you can contact our support team.
